
Lead Business Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their operational challenges, and identify opportunities to expand within the account. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sailing of the account, establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement, and be the SME for our platform.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Partner with customers to implement solutions that meet their business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, concerns, and feedback
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical onboarding or implementation consultant capacity
- Proven track record of success in managing customer implementations and consulting with clients on business process improvements
- Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments
- Builder mindset with the ability to take projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, database structure, and system integration
