Job Role:

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to assume key sales responsibilities. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and executing plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Analyze market data and create working plans for the territory based on market research findings.
  • Monitor and achieve targets of the territory by following up with stakeholders.
  • Implement and execute all strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with various stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop essential computer skills in Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Deliver effective in-clinic presentations and performances.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios.
  • Organize promotional events, such as camps and CMEs, according to division strategy and customer needs.
  • Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
  • Generate Purchase Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands according to business plans.
