
Business Development Representative

Job Role:
We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to assume key sales responsibilities. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and executing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market data and create working plans for the territory based on market research findings.
- Monitor and achieve targets of the territory by following up with stakeholders.
- Implement and execute all strategic initiatives.
- Engage with various stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions to drive business growth.
- Develop essential computer skills in Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Deliver effective in-clinic presentations and performances.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and product portfolios.
- Organize promotional events, such as camps and CMEs, according to division strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
- Generate Purchase Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands according to business plans.
