Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team in the development of advanced system-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in systems engineering to research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate complex systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions.
  • Perform functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications for hardware and software.
  • Develop and analyze system-level designs including requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project work, including implementing and verifying systems.
  • Develop new and innovative ideas (e.g., IDFs) for product or feature areas.
  • Drive triage of complex problems at the system level to determine root cause and present results to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, and 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, and 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, and 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large matrixed organizations.
  • 1+ year of experience interacting with senior leadership.
