Job Title: System Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our system engineering team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement system architecture designs that meet business requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing team of system engineers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux server operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, and Amazon Linux).
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of networking and storage integration, as well as hands-on expertise in scripting and automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
