System Engineer and Manager

This is a system engineer position responsible for maintaining DEV, ITE, and PROD environments. The person in this role will ensure all environments are on the latest stable patches for all layers (application, OS, and Security). They must also ensure all environments are healthy, accessible, and functional.

• Maintain multiple computing environments.
• Ensure environments are updated with the latest software.
• Ensure systems are working correctly.

Design System/Application Integrations

The ideal candidate will have experience designing system/application integrations. This includes pilot and evaluating new software/application integrations, implementing/delivering AOP and Function funded initiatives for areas related to the myPAM platform, identifying automation opportunities and gaining efficiencies in services related to the myPAM platform, and implementing/delivering assigned special projects.

• Develop solutions to integrate different systems.

Manage Privileged Accounts

The selected individual will be responsible for managing privileged accounts in the myPAM platform. This includes developing connectivity required to facilitate password rotations, including transparent logon methodologies, gathering/analyzing and documenting requirements for platforms/applications across the Enterprise, enhancing onboarding and maintenance processes as appropriate, and developing/managing processes to keep the onboarding process/lists evergreen for all sensitive and privileged access for platforms/applications in scope.

• Ensure processes remain up to date.

Account Management and Remediation Services

The candidate should have experience providing account management and remediation services. This includes performing Superuser Account Password Management (SAPM), Application Access Management (AAM), DAP (Dynamic Application Provider – formerly Conjur), Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), SSH Key Management, and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) services.

• Provide account management and remediation services.
• Perform tasks related to SAPM, AAM, DAP, EPM, SSH Key Management, and PTA.

Audit Controls

The successful candidate will be responsible for audit controls in the myPAM area. This includes updating/maintaining myPAM audit controls to align with standards, creating/managing/maintaining quarterly control processes for the myPAM area, implementing and delivering periodic (e.g., Quarterly) controls/processes for the myPAM area, and working with application owners, Controls team, as needed, to ensure myPAM processes are kept up to date.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management using CyberArk as an Architect/SME, 10 + years of experience in Identity & Access Management, relevant academic education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or significant equivalent experience with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Experience

The candidate should have experience with developing, planning, and implementing large-scale enterprise-level CyberArk infrastructure. This includes components such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Password Manager (CPM), Application Access Management (AAM – CP, CCP, and ASCP), Dynamic Application Provider (DAP), SSH Key Management, Endpoint Protection Manager (EPM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).

• Developed large-scale CyberArk infrastructure.
• Implemented infrastructure components.
