Enterprise Mobility Expert

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) functions, compliance and configuration policies, setting up Azure Active Directory (AAD) Connect, Intune Exchange Connector, understanding Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Intune differences, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) integrations.

• Implementing Windows 10 Deployment using SCCM, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), and Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
• Microsoft Autopilot, both Azure AD and Hybrid, Windows customizations, Azure AD Connect administration, Azure subscription administration, and licensing requirements for Autopilot.
• Server installation, ConfigMgr upgrades and migration, SCCM infrastructure, and SCCM server administration.
• Operating systems deployment, MDT integration, Bit locker customization, and other relevant tasks.
• Clear understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and relevant tools.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Team management, internal calls/discussions, leaves management, and providing recruitment requirements.
• Mandatory skills: experience in running metrics with an understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ability to read, write, and interpret business and technical documents, ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines, flexible with working in different time zones, experienced in working with teams from multiple time zones, multi-national interaction, experienced in trouble-shooting various operating systems, able to support users via different communication methods, incident management, tracking solution for any issues related to the engineered solution, designing and implementing enterprise solutions for enterprise customers with server support, provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches, assist with managing the client computing environment, including design, implementation, customization, and build processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise mobility solutions using EMS, Intune, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive mobility strategies to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices and endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address mobility-related issues and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise mobility and recommend strategic initiatives to improve mobility operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with EMS, Intune, and other relevant mobility solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, SCCM, and MDT.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with ITIL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Azure subscription administration, and licensing requirements for Autopilot.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mobility-related issues.
