**Responsibilities**: The individual should have a very strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on product features. Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues will be a key responsibility. The following are the mandatory requirements for Enterprise Services - Systems Admin II. **Required Skills**: 5-6 years of industry experience in MDM/UEM Technology, managing Ivanti MobileIron is a must. This involves regular maintenance, health checks and upgrades of Core and Sentry servers. Experience in MobileIron is mandatory and other MDM technologies (AirWatch/Intune/XenMobile) will be added advantage. Experience in design and implementation of large scale Enterprise Mobility deployment with the following technologies: Mobile Device Management Mobile Application Management Mobile Content Management BYOD Consulting Troubleshoot various mobile platform issues iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows. Solid industry experience with Linux. Expert level experience in troubleshooting Active Directory. Hands on working experience with Exchange and ActiveSync. Proven experience working on critical system down issues and escalations. Expert troubleshooting and reasoning skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Qualification**: Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or related technical field and certifications relating to MDM (MobileIron/AirWatch/Intune). **Job Requirements**: - Must have 5-6 years of experience in IT industry and specialization in MobileIron technology. - Sound knowledge on MDM products like Workspace ONE, Intune, SamsungKnox, ABM and XenMobile. - Should be proficient in MAM, MCM and MEM concepts relating mobile device management. - Certifications relating to MDM products will be added advantage. - Should be capable of integrating different components and technologies on MDM platforms. **Additional Note**: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
