Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, hence, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Principal Accountabilities
Developing front end website architecture. Designing user interactions on web pages. Developing back end website applications using Java , SpringBoot , Spring Framework. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. Ensuring responsiveness of applications ,devloping microservices . Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Designing and developing APIs. Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software. Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company. Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns. Analyze and test programs and software to ensure that they are secure and that data is protected from possible breaches. Oversee the debugging and troubleshooting of system errors to ensure the team is producing only high-quality software. Collaborate with front-end and back-end web developers around programming and coding issues. Understand the needs of stakeholders and convey this to developers. Work on improving existing software programs and applications. Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
