Project Coordinator: Localization and Translation

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of multilingual projects. Your linguistic expertise and meticulous review processes will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This role requires adaptability, sound judgment, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify Spanish-language content for accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with client-provided style guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between client quality expectations and final project outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and escalate issues when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Produce high-quality work under pressure, even in time-sensitive situations.
  • Anticipate risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe tools to support deliverables.
  • Succeed in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities with flexibility and focus.
