Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the quality and accuracy of our multilingual projects.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of linguistic principles and exceptional review skills to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments.

  • Thoroughly examine Spanish-language content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of client-provided Style Guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client quality expectations and final project outputs.
  • Stay adaptable and efficient with new software tools and workflow processes.
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify issues and escalate them when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Independently troubleshoot problems and prevent project delays.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high-quality output even under pressure and time-sensitive situations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication.
