We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for linguistics and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review Spanish-language content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client-provided Style Guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between client quality expectations and the final project outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify issues and escalate them when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain high-quality work under pressure, even in time-sensitive situations.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Deliver work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken, with strong English proficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment for issue escalation.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
