We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager for work from office mode to

spearhead the delivery of critical data and language solutions that

power cutting-edge AI models. You'll be at the forefront of managing

complex projects encompassing text, audio, image, and video annotation,

linguistic data collection, multilingual transcription and translation,

and the exciting field of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback

(RLHF) and model evaluation.

Your Impact:

  • Define and execute clear project plans, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster strong collaboration with diverse teams of linguists, annotators, QA specialists, and engineers.
  • Champion best practices in annotation design, guideline development, and reviewer training.
  • Navigate the complexities of managing multiple projects across different time zones, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Track and report on key project metrics (quality, turnaround time, cost) to stakeholders and clients.
  • Leverage platforms like Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, and others to optimize workflows and maintain rigorous quality control.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, AI, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within annotation, data labeling, or linguistic services.
  • A

solid grasp of various annotation methodologies (NER, POS tagging,

intent classification, sentiment analysis, bounding boxes, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience managing annotator and reviewer teams, coupled with proficiency in data annotation platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, ).

Preferred Assets:

  • Experience managing RLHF, model fine-tuning, or Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality frameworks, data Quality Assurance (QA) techniques, and linguistic error taxonomies.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating global and multilingual teams.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
  • The ability to analyze annotation data to derive valuable insights for continuous project improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
