Job purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities related to modular kitchen and wardrobe installations from factory production to on-site execution ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, accurate billing (MB sheet), and client satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities:

PROJECT QUALITY AND COORDINATION

  • Study approved drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for each site.
  • Coordinate between design, production, and installation teams to ensure material readiness as per project schedule.
  • Plan manpower and material dispatch as per site readiness.
  • Prepare project timelines and track daily progress is mandatory to Management.

SITE EXECUTION AND SUPERVISION

  • Visit sites regularly to monitor installation progress and ensure work is as per approved design and specifications.
  • Supervise subcontractors, installers, and carpenters to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Resolve site-level technical or logistic issues promptly.
  • Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards.

MB SHEET DOCUMENTATION AND PAYMENT COST CONTROL

  • Prepare and maintain Measurement Book (MB Sheet) for all site work, recording daily progress, completed quantities, and variations.
  • Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor work based on MB sheet records.
  • Submit completion reports and photographs for documentation.
  • Prepare and verify work completion reports for client billing.
  • Handle site-level payment approvals, including contractor and labor payments, based on verified MB sheets.
  • Monitor project budgets and minimize wastage and rework.
  • Ensure client payments are raised and collected as per milestone completion.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Supervise site supervisors, installers, and helpers.
  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication among management.

Preferred candidate profile:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management or related field.
