Requirements:

  • Demonstratable experience working in air freight forwarding

  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Working in a customer-facing role a plus
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges
