Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Standard Auditor & Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and will work closely with our governance bodies, Executive team, members, and partners under the supervision of the Director of Programmes.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and training mica processors and small to medium semi-mechanized mines in accordance with our Global Workplace Standard (GWS). They will also engage with companies, civil society organizations, industry associations, and governments to develop and implement responsible workplace standards.
- Auditing mica processors and small to medium semi-mechanized mines to ensure compliance with our GWS
