Compliance Specialist Role

 

Our organization is seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to monitor and report on ongoing compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will ensure our practices remain up-to-date and compliant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and report on ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF and PMS regulations.

2. Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures to relevant authorities.

3. Coordinate with regulators, internal auditors, and statutory auditors for compliance matters.

4. Develop and implement organizational compliance policies and procedures.

5. Review marketing material and other documents from a regulatory perspective.

6. Draft and vet various agreements, legal documents, and policies.

7. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.

8. Collaborate with internal departments on compliance-related matters.

 

Requirements:

- Interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong client relationship skills

- Result orientation

- Collaborative approach

- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

- Graduate/Post Graduate with Degree in Law preferred

- NISM Series-III-A certification an added advantage

 

Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling compliance, legal functions in allied industries (AIF / PMS) with working knowledge of SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations.
