Regulatory Compliance Specialist Job Description

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and external partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, certification, or homologation, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance strategies, with a focus on risk mitigation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
