Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

This is a pivotal role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Approvals & Licensing: Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC/Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Government & External Liaison:
  • Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.
  • Engage with ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
  • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulations.
  • Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
