Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator - Culinary Innovations to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing pop-up counters, managing event budgets, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather essential event details from the operations department, including date, venue, expected attendance, and service preferences.
  • Identify potential events and organizers to enlist on the platform, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals, and conduct regular forecasting to anticipate future needs.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of execution for pop-ups and events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of pop-ups and events, including venue selection, setup, staffing, inventory management, and logistics.
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in hospitality.
  • Culinary experience preferred.
  • Proven relevant experience for at least 3 years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work as per the business requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range:

Rupees 8,00,000 - Rupees 12,00,000 per annum
