About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our HR team to streamline our recruitment process and attract top talent. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. If you are a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to learn, then this role may be perfect for you.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and be currently pursuing or recently graduated. We are open to hiring individuals who are available for a 6-month internship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in finding qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screening Resumes: Help identify candidates who meet the minimum criteria by reviewing their resumes and cover letters.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth communication flow between candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment Events: Support the organization in hosting or participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Available for a 6-month internship.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process.
