Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances to ensure alignment with business goals.
Zonal Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy to drive growth and expansion.
Stakeholder Management:
- Nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations to foster trust and cooperation.
Escalation Resolution:
- Resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations across partner touchpoints.
Talent Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal controls to ensure a compliant work environment.
