Job Opportunity:

L2 Support Specialist - AWS

We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 support specialist to join our team. As an L2 support specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring observability tools, technical and business events/metrics, alerts, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of observability tools
  • Monitoring of technical and business events/metrics
  • Monitoring of alerts and taking necessary actions
  • Customer interaction on call and email and Teams
  • Resolution/Bug Fixes as per L2 level
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • New Relic - Used to monitor/observability of daily Metric (delivered/canceled order etc), Infrastructure and API logs data. Also, used to notify by creating alert during any issue/error.
  • AWS Cloud Watch - Used to validate/troubleshoot daily API logs data. Also, used to notify by creating alert during any issue/error.
  • Kibana - Used to monitoring/troubleshoot Store app device daily log data.
  • MixPanel - Used to monitoring daily customer transaction/interaction log data across the customer app.
  • Mongo Atlas Chart - Used to monitor all type of metrics logs data related orders, customers, promo, transactions, users etc.
