Budget:
₹50,000 per month (No deductions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    second-level IT support
    for desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    hardware, OS, and application issues
    .
  • Install, configure, and upgrade
    operating systems, applications, drivers, and security patches
    .
  • Manage
    user profiles and access issues
    through Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Support
    enterprise applications, antivirus, and encryption tools
    .
  • Respond to and manage incidents via
    ITSM tools
    (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Perform
    device health checks, preventive maintenance
    , and basic
    network troubleshooting
    (LAN ports, cables, connectivity).
  • Document recurring issues and fixes in the
    knowledge base
    for continuous improvement.
  • Provide
    hands-on support
    for meeting rooms, docking stations, printers (basic), and video conferencing devices.
  • Collaborate with
    L1 and L3 support teams
    to ensure smooth issue resolution and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong expertise in
    Windows OS, Office 365, and enterprise applications
    .
  • Experience with
    ITSM tools
    like ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with
    Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange management
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    networking (LAN, cabling, IP troubleshooting)
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and customer service skills
    .
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and handle multiple priorities effectively.
