Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive-L2 located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive-L2 will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction through online support, and addressing customer service issues. The role involves diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions, collaborating with other teams, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in handling high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus
