We're Hiring: SFCC Support Engineer – Production Support
Experience: 4+years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support, resolving application issues and tickets efficiently.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of SFCC SiteGenesis and PWA Kit applications.
Collaborate with development teams for escalations and oversee minor enhancements (Jira grooming).
Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and mitigating issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, runbooks, and contribute to the knowledge base.
Ensure adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including incident, problem, and change management
Technical Skills:
SFCC SiteGenesis (Intermediate to Advanced): Controllers, server-side scripts, cartridge structure, jobs, integrations, and Business Manager configurations. (Good to have)
SFCC PWA Kit & React (Intermediate): React components, hooks, state management, API integration, performance troubleshooting. (Must have)
Hybrid Architecture (Advanced): Understanding SiteGenesis-PWA integration points, Hybrid Auth, session consistency, and user journey tracing. (Good to have)
API & Integration Troubleshooting: Postman/Insomnia, OCAPI/SCAPI, payload analysis. (Must have)
Database (Conceptual): Relational/non-relational DB concepts and SFCC data retrieval. (Must have)
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, caching strategies (CDN, server/client-side). (Must have)
Version Control: Git branching, merging, pull requests. (Must have)
Scripting: for automation. (Good to have)
Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic. (Good to have)
Web Fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, CDNs, browser dev tools. (Must have)
