About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Solution Provider to join our team. As a Solution Provider, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products or services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: You'll work closely with customers to understand their issues, identify root causes, and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: You'll possess basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and provide support.

In addition to these duties, you'll also contribute to product improvement by collecting customer feedback and suggesting potential new products or services to management.
