Strategic Partnerships Manager

Brick & Bolt is a revolutionary marketplace that disrupts the construction industry using cutting-edge technology and innovative processes. We are pioneers in our field, solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for stakeholders.

The Indian real estate market is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2030, with 85%+ of construction remaining unorganized. Brick&Bolt is poised to capture this massive and super-broken market using its technology and processes.

We are expanding to over 12 cities in 15 months and have raised a total of $16 million through Series A2 funding. This has enabled us to attract prominent investors, including Accel and Celesta Capital.

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will create a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and onboard strategic partners, including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
  3. Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
Lead Generation & Business Development:

Actively scout for individuals and institutions owning land and seeking to build commercial establishments.

Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns, events, and workshops targeting landowners and potential partners.

Create and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances.

Project Coordination & Support:

Act as the bridge between partners and internal project teams ensuring smooth project onboarding and execution.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to enable seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.

Share insights and help shape partnership strategies to align with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
