This isn't a role for incremental improvements; you will be making the foundational design decisions and building the sophisticated AI engines that will redefine an entire industry.Who You AreA Visionary AI Systems Builder: You have 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex, production-grade machine learning systems from the ground up.An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: You have deep, practical expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
You live and breathe the modern NLP ecosystem.A Hands-On Architect: You are not just a theorist.
You are proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face) and are comfortable writing the code to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: You can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to solve complex technical challenges.
