Job Title: Digital Community Builder

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our social media efforts and drive brand visibility, community reach, and revenue growth across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid and organic integration, analytical and creative skills, and excellent storytelling abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 90-day growth roadmaps with clear revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars
  • Create engaging content and campaigns tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, including designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies
  • Expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media with revenue, brand, and employer branding strategies

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands
  • A proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media
  • Strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins)
  • Analytical and creative skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and Ads
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement abilities
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management
