Job Title: Travel Consultant Agent

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector, preferably in the Ground Transportation industry. They should possess strong operational and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Manage and resolve issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.
  • Enforce high service standards.
  • Confirm ride completions and apply necessary changes.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions for consistency and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, Operations, Sales, and stakeholders.
  • Provide customer support.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience or similar environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ready for fast-paced work environments.
  • Attention to detail.
