About the Role:

Aide Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team in our malappuram office .we have our headoffice in Kochi. You will be responsible for helping clients plan and book travel experiences, including customized tour packages, accommodation, transportation, and activities, with a focus on creating memorable journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand their travel needs.

Close the leads provided by company.

Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

Book flights, hotels, transportation, and activities using booking platforms and vendor contacts.

Provide destination guidance, visa assistance, travel insurance options, and travel tips.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip.

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations

Manage travel documentation and maintain accurate records.

Assist in marketing campaigns and promote seasonal tour packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
