About this role
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an experience coordinator.
Job DescriptionAs an experience coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for users booking experiences across multiple cities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries through chat, email, and phone in a timely and clear manner.
- Assisting users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting.
- Liaising with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Providing friendly and helpful communication across all touchpoints.
- Identifying issues and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
This is an entry-level position, welcoming freshers who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You should be comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and multitasking. A positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn and grow are essential.
