Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Client Experience Coordinator in Malappuram, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for clients and visitors while representing the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and prospective buyers.
  • Manage front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support the sales and CRM teams by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Offer project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Support in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
