Job Overview:

The Customer Order Service Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, accurate communication, and efficient delivery of products or services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for equipment, media, and consumables through SAP/C4C, verifying all parameters for accurate invoicing.
  • Handle customer queries/complaints, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts/teams leaders for timely resolution.
  • Maintain perfect order fulfillment by ensuring accurate inputs and following established processes.
  • Monitor invoicing and timely delivery at the customer site, releasing orders from credit hold in collaboration with the credit team.
  • Remove order blocks, creating internal/demo orders with channel partners/sales teams.
  • Interact with sales operations, supply chain, warehouse teams for product availability and inform customers on order status.
  • Generate financial documents in SAP, collect relevant documents from logistics and customers to trigger the invoicing process.
  • Resolve issues with field teams/sales operations, manage customer claims on defective products, and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Participate in monthly cadence calls and governance meetings, logging complaints and supporting other functions in closure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, order fulfillment, or related functions
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively with teams across different countries/cultures
