Our growth-oriented organization is currently seeking a Program Service Manager/Tour Leader Training Manager/Coach to spearhead our programs in South India and Sri Lanka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic hiring and training plans to equip high-performing Trip Leaders with the necessary skills to excel.
  • Lead Trip leader meetings and on-the-job training sessions to foster teamwork and efficiency.
  • Design individualized training plans for newly hired Trip Leaders to enhance their performance.
  • Drive achievement of Regional Excellence Goals by providing live coaching, ride-alongs, and regular interactions with travelers.
  • Assign Trip Leaders based on past performance and company needs.
  • Oversee all administrative duties while on the road and in the office.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances, preferably in the Travel sector.
  • A strong and engaging leader with exceptional analytical, creative, independent, and highly organized skills.
  • Familiarity with South India and Sri Lanka, with the ability to motivate people while building relationships based on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
  • General administrative skills, including working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office-Word & Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Confidence in Public Speaking and Presentation.
