Our organization is seeking a Travel Coordinator to play a key role in planning and managing travel arrangements for our contractors and staff.

About the Role:

This position involves arranging flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking and Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, and other travel logistics using industry knowledge and expertise.

Paperwork and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.

Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.

Travel Advice: Provide travelers with information on travel regulations and safety protocols.

Communication: Communicate effectively with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for:

Qualification: Any graduate with experience in the travel field.

Key Skills Required:

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly and effectively resolve travel-related issues.

Knowledge of Travel Industry: Familiarity with travel booking systems, industry trends, and travel regulations.

Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience.

Negotiation Skills: Negotiating with vendors to secure the best rates and services.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and managing travel.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is often required, and knowledge of other languages can be an advantage.
