We seek a proactive OTA specialist to support our online travel distribution and ensure smooth coordination with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

The role involves handling OTA extranets, updating rates and inventory, ensuring listing accuracy, managing guest reviews, and supporting the revenue team in driving occupancy and visibility.

The successful candidate will update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across OTA platforms, ensure property listings are accurate and up-to-date, and support rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.

Candidates must have basic understanding of OTA platforms, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The OTA specialist will track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from OTAs, prepare reports, and share insights with the OTA & Revenue Manager.
