Job Title:
Reservations Coordinator (Hospitality Team)
- Assist in managing reservations across multiple platforms, including online travel agencies and direct bookings.
- Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, and messaging apps to ensure seamless booking experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and property listings on property management systems and online travel agency extranets.
- Verify and update property information, including rates and availability, to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, email templates, and booking process documents to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Review and refine guest communication for tone and accuracy to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with property managers to coordinate smooth check-ins and special requests.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings and revenue to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in reservations or front office operations in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient understanding of online travel agency extranets and property management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
