Job Title Reservation Executive Location Edappal Salary 20 000 - 28 000 per month Company Sterling Tours and Travels Experience Required Minimum 1 year of experience in travel reservations or ticketing Job Summary Sterling Tours and Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive for our Edappal branch The ideal candidate will handle flight hotel and travel bookings efficiently while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients Key Responsibilities Manage reservations for flights hotels transport and tour packages domestic international Coordinate with airlines hotels and other travel partners for bookings modifications and cancellations Handle GDS OTA systems for flight and hotel bookings Amadeus Galileo Sabre etc Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and in-person with accurate and timely information Issue travel documents such as tickets vouchers and itineraries Maintain accurate records of reservations payments and client information Resolve booking issues delays or changes in coordination with vendors and clients Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and follow-up support Work closely with the holiday planning team to support packaged tours and group bookings Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Executive or similar role in the travel industry Proficiency in GDS platforms and online booking tools Strong knowledge of airline fare rules booking procedures and cancellation policies Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills including MS Office and reservation software Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
