Night Shift Ticketing Manager

We are seeking a Night Shift Ticketing Manager to oversee ticketing operations during evening and night hours.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing. Proficiency in GDS systems is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ticketing Operations: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets, handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements, and monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift, assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  • System Handling: Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance, ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  • Coordination: Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations, update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports, follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
