Odessa Application Management Specialist

We are seeking a talented technical professional to join our team as an Odessa Application Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external users, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- As the first point of contact for technical assistance, you will be handling emails and tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- You will be performing configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements, maintaining accurate records of user interactions and technical issues.
