At PGC, we are dedicated to identifying and appointing top-level executives who can drive business transformation.

The Executive Search Consultant role is a critical part of this process. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting senior talent, conducting competency-based interviews, and administering psychometric assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will also be tasked with:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on the progress of hiring
  • Managing client confidentiality and maintaining professional relationships throughout the search process
  • Working with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitating chemistry meetings, and ensuring a seamless integration of executives into their new roles

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessing candidates' suitability
  • Excellent planning, follow-up, and execution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
