At Prometheus Consulting Services, we are seeking a talented Business Development CRM Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and expansion through effective customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategies and techniques, with the ability to conceptualize, manage, and execute campaigns that meet business objectives.

This role involves designing and monitoring the execution of CRM campaigns across various channels, including SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating segments based on business needs, managing existing campaigns/flows/customer journeys, and tracking performance metrics.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

We estimate the salary for this role to be ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
