Technical IT Support Specialist with CRM Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team at BETSOL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise in MS Dynamic CRM.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve production issues and troubleshoot data problems.
- Familiarize yourself with source control and development IDEs to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.
- Utilize change and release management software (e.g., Service Now) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .Net/C#/TSQL/MS Dynamic CRM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client handling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly understand business knowledge.
Work Environment
