Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a skilled Technical Support Expertise Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support to our clients.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in technical support, with a focus on resolving complex issues efficiently. As a Technical Support Expertise Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to provide clear and concise information to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to our clients, resulting in high first-contact resolution rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, requiring a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of common technical troubleshooting tools and techniques, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among colleagues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
