About the Role

At BHIVE Workspace, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer relationship management systems, focusing on our client database.

The successful candidate will develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth through personalised customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Career Advancement: Identify and prioritize high-potential leads to drive business growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM System Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems, preferably in the fintech sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
