We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Support Specialist to join our team. As an Event Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues.
Job Description:- Update information boards regularly to inform employees of important events.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees who are struggling with job duties.
- Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation.
- Create spreadsheets to organize information related to Sales and Marketing activities.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours and answer questions about property facilities/services.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
