We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role will involve identifying and partnering with independent financial distributors to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and Partnering with IFDs: We are looking for an individual who can identify, recruit, and partner with independent financial distributors (IFDs) to expand our reach in the market.
  • Training and Support: The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting our IFDs to effectively utilize our digital platform and mobile app to provide knowledge on primary market products.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: The ideal candidate will drive sales of our financial products through our IFD channel and contribute to revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with IFDs.

Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales of investment products, preferably through the IFD/IFA/Franchisee channel.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the market pulse, trade knowledge, and indirect channels.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence applications.
