Job Summary: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  2. Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing or inquiring about our products and services
  3. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous interactions
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  5. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services or products when appropriate
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  7. Address customer complaints and issues effectively
  8. Collect feedback from customers to enhance their satisfaction

We offer a fixed salary plus monthly incentives based on the number of sales achieved per month. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant proven experience in telesales, strong phone handling and verbal communication skills, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
