Job Title: Telesales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our team at Advanced FMS & Security Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to engage customers, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiating sales conversations with potential customers over the phone.
  2. Creating maximum appointments to increase sales.
  3. Converting leads into positive prospects.
  4. Engaging customers in conversation and gathering information.
  5. Staying up-to-date on products and services to inform customers.
  6. Answering customer questions and providing solutions.
  7. Generating 10 qualified leads per month.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong sales and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  4. Good understanding of MS Office.
